When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 2 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 5–8 business days. Total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking number will be automatically updated and emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours after your package leaves our facility. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Why is my tracking status not updating or showing on the website yet?
Tracking activates when the carrier scans the package. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number; if it still shows nothing after that, contact support@getcuteseven.com.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchasing?
Yes — we offer quote-based bulk pricing for gift shops, retailers, party planners, schools, daycare centers and event organizers. Visit our Wholesale Program page to request a quote.
Are there any shipping restrictions? Can you ship to AK, HI, or APO addresses?
Mini resin figurines are non-hazardous, non-pressurized decorative items, so we ship to all 50 states — including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands — as well as military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note these destinations usually travel by USPS and can take 14–21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, with typical transit of 7–21 business days. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
How are the figurines packed? Will they arrive in one piece?
Each set of ornaments is placed in a PP box to prevent damage during transportation. Our damage rate is under 1%, and if anything does arrive chipped or broken, we replace it free (see Returns below).
Product & Materials
What are the figurines made of? Are they safe?
They are cast from high-quality polyresin and hand-painted with non-toxic, lead-free, water-based paints. Every batch is tested to CPSIA and ASTM F963 toy-safety standards.
What size are the mini resin animals?
Most pieces are 0.7–1.3 inches (1.7–3.3 cm) tall and weigh 3.5–6 g each — small enough for fairy gardens, terrariums, dollhouses, cake toppers and party favors. Exact dimensions are listed in the size chart on each product page.
Are they hand-painted? Will they look exactly like the photos?
Each figurine is hand-cast and hand-painted, so slight variations in color, shading and fine detail are normal and make every piece one of a kind. Photos are representative of the style you'll receive, not a pixel-for-pixel match.
Can I use them outdoors? Will the color fade?
They are designed for indoor decorative use. The paint carries a UV-resistant topcoat, but prolonged direct sunlight, rain or freezing temperatures will cause fading and surface cracking over time. For outdoor use, place them in a sheltered spot and apply a clear acrylic sealer.
Are they safe for children?
Recommended for ages 3 and up. The figurines contain small parts that pose a choking hazard for children under 3, and the resin can chip if dropped or chewed — they are collectible decor, not toys for rough play.
How do I clean them?
Dust with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Do not soak in water, and avoid alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners — they will dull or lift the painted finish.
Are the animals sold individually or in sets? Can I pick which animals I get?
Both. Most listings offer 60-, 100- or more units sets; some sets come pre-mixed with one of each animal (no duplicates), while random assorted sets may repeat styles. Product pages state clearly whether a set is "one of each" or "random mix."
Can I request a custom color, animal or logo?
Yes for wholesale orders — custom molds, Pantone-matched colors and private-label packaging are available with a minimum order quantity. Contact support@getcuteseven.com for a quote and lead time.
Payment & Order Changes
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards, and PayPal. Every transaction is encrypted. All prices are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Transactions are processed through industry-leading secure gateways. We never store, view, or access your full card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Before shipment we accept full order cancellations and address adjustments free of charge — email support@getcuteseven.com immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our carriers, it can no longer be cancelled or modified and must follow the standard return process.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Figurines must be unused, undamaged and complete, in their original packaging with all accessories and inserts, accompanied by a valid order number or receipt.
Can I return a figurine if I've already opened the box?
Yes. Unlike safety-sealed products, our figurines can be returned within 30 days once opened, provided they are unused, unbroken and complete with the original foam, box and any accessories. Please repack them as you received them — we cannot accept returns for pieces chipped, cracked or scuffed after unboxing, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for non-defective returns.
What should I do if my order arrives chipped, cracked or broken?
Contact support@getcuteseven.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a 100% Free Replacement (resend) or issue a Full Refund — with a prepaid return label where a return is needed, and no restocking fee.
What if a piece is missing from my set?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received. We'll ship the missing animal right away at no charge.
Do the figurines come with a warranty?
Yes — a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including paint peeling, cracking or color transfer under normal indoor use. This does not cover accidental breakage, drops, outdoor weathering or normal wear.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Banking institutions may take additional processing days to reflect the credit.
