No glow at all——Most likely cause never charged, or stored in a dark drawer for weeks.Try charge 10 min in direct sun or 60 sec under UV.
Glow is fine but colour turned yellow——Most likely cause UV exposure aged the resin.Try seal outdoor pieces with a UV-resistant clear acrylic sealer.
